About me
I'm Sydnee Bagovich
Connector for Good. Event Producer. And honestly? The person who just might introduce you to your next favorite human.
I've spent more than 20 years bringing people together: at events, fundraisers, fitness classes, happy hours, volunteering, you name it. Not because it was my job. Because it's just who I am.
Here's what I know after all of that: we talk about being "connected" constantly through phones, email, social media, LinkedIn… And yet people are lonelier than ever. Real human connection? The kind that actually changes things? That's become rare. And that's exactly why it matters so much.
Because when it happens — when it's real — everything shifts. How long we live. How happy we are. How well we work together. I'm not making that up. The research backs it up. But honestly, you probably already feel it.
I have an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business, which means I understand the business case. But my real gift, the thing I know I was put here to do, is helping people connect in ways that feel completely natural. No awkward intros. No forced fun. Just real moments between real people.
That's where business sense meets human sense. And that's where the magic happens.
People don't just remember what happened at an event. They remember who they met.
I make sure those moments aren't left to chance.
The Heart of My Work
My work isn't about icebreakers. It's about creating spaces where people remember how good it feels to actually connect, and how much stronger everything gets when they do.
I share occasional reflections and real talk on connection, wellbeing, and being human at work that is grounded in research, lived experience, and what I see every day in our world.
So, are you ready to bring some of that into your organization?
Let's connect. I'd love to meet you.
